You have the right to request that the personal data concerning to you be deleted immediately. We are obliged to delete them immediately, especially if one of the following reasons applies:

  • You revoke your consent to the processing of your data and there is no other legal basis for processing.
  • Your data was processed unlawfully.

The right to delete does not exist if your personal data is required to argue, carry out or defend our legal rights.
