Answer Button and change background
Yve can use two types of buttons in emails. With 'Reply Button', the participant can directly access the event website without having to log in. With 'commitment / cancellation button' he replies directly after a confirmation. You can change the text and color of the email buttons here.

The answer button contains the ID of the invitation and a 20-digit security token specific to the contact. You can re-generate the token for each contact under 'Contact Details -> Password -> Login Token generate new' if this is desired for security reasons. Old invitations for this contact will then no longer work.

Via Email Background & Colors you can change the defaults for background color, body color, font color, font, font size.

With 'Event-> Emails-> Email type names' you can change the name of the workflow emails and PDF attachments shown in yve.

Be aware that some email clients automatically block images and only download them when the subscriber clicks on a link. Avoid large images at the beginning of your email and ensure your email is understandable even without images.
However, be aware that some email clients disable links due to security settings. If you write links in plain text, the subscriber can still copy the link and open it in their browser.

You can send yourself test emails by clicking on 'Test' for the respective template.
FAQs
yve sends pictures in emails as links. Some email clients block these links and you can not see the pictures until you click on a button. Whether these links are displayed immediately is a security setting for the email recipient - unfortunately, this can not be set on the sender side.
yve creates from each picture a version that fits the width - with email it is 660px. If this image is too pixelated, you can choose an image that has a width of 660px in the original (or 840px for the webpage).
